Hi. I’m Holly Wilson. Even though we haven’t met yet, I’m willing to bet at least one of the following rings true:

Alcohol is addictive. It artificially stimulates the brain into releasing the pleasure hormone dopamine. But the pleasure is temporary, causing the mind to want more dopamine-producing alcohol. Attempting to moderate the amount of alcohol consumed or only drinking on certain days is possible, but it’s also mentally exhausting. It makes us tired just thinking about it.

I’m Holly Wilson, and I understand firsthand how "a drink” at five o’clock can evolve into a daily habit that over time leads to a soul-crushing addiction. I know how it feels to want to stop drinking while also questioning, “Will I really never drink alcohol again?”
For years, I turned to alcohol to mask my social anxiety, numb the pain of a difficult divorce, and self-medicate my depression. Alcohol became a constant in my life, bringing along hangovers and brain fog, and keeping me from being the best version of myself. Despite feeling stuck, I couldn’t bring myself to attend AA. But in September 2020, everything changed when God put me on a new path to an alcohol-free life.
Today, I feel more alive than ever, and my mission is to inspire others who struggle with their daily drinking habits. That’s why I became a certified coach in a transformative methodology that empowers individuals to become alcohol-free without following traditional 12-step programs.
