Hi, I'm Holly Wilson. Like many ambitious women, I spent years believing that wine was the perfect antidote to a high-pressure professional life. Those evening drinks became my reward after long days, my social lubricant at networking events, and my way to decompress from the constant demands of climbing the corporate ladder.


During the pandemic, my drinking evolved into a nightly ritual that was quietly sabotaging my career goals. Each morning, I'd wake up foggy and anxious, knowing I wasn't showing up as my best self in meetings. I'd promise myself "no drinks tonight," only to find myself reaching for that bottle of Kendall Jackson at 5 PM, convinced I needed it to take the edge off another demanding day.


In September 2020, I hit a turning point.
I realized that alcohol was holding me back from my dream of becoming a corporate Marketing executive. I couldn't reconcile my professional ambitions with my nightly wine habit. That's when I discovered an online alcohol challenge that transformed my relationship with alcohol and my life.

After going alcohol-free, my brain fog lifted. My decision-making sharpened. My leadership presence strengthened. I finally had the energy and focus to match my ambitions.
